Integris have been a preferred supplier to EA (Electronic Arts) since 2002. EA are the largest global games software house with revenues in excess of $3bn. In the summer of 2006 EA needed to recruit three critical roles in a candidate short market. Integris advised EA to adopt a three pronged approach which included a Financial Times advert, a CIMA mailer campaign reaching all the suitable qualified candidates in SW London and the Thames Valley and using our database/networking capabilities.
Integris managed the whole campaign from writing the advert and mailer, conducting pre-screening telephone and face-to-face interviews, presentation of shortlists and co-ordinating the subsequent on site interviews.
The subsequent offers, acceptances and contracts for the candidates were also managed by Integris.
The process ran smoothly thanks to close attention to detail at each stage. EA were very satisfied with the management and successful conclusion of this highly important campaign.
