Our approach, backed by extensive experience in the Thames Valley and West London market over the last decade, is based on accuracy and quality of service. There are any number of suppliers who can provide you with a mass of downloaded CV's from databases or the internet (sometimes without even meeting the candidates in question) and at times this random approach will result in success.
However, the 'scatter gun' methodology does not project a professional image for your organisation in the market place or justify the recruitment fee for the supplier.

At Integris, our approach is different.
We are assignment driven, using our industry experience to find the right person for your vacancy rather than trawling through the candidates who happen to be available when you are looking. We achieve our results through networking, personal contacts, "head-hunting" and advertised selection.
We are a niche consultancy and each project is important to us. We are able to work harder for you and remain focused on your specific needs. Our approach is more labour intensive, but it produces better results. In return we require commitment from our clients to work in partnership with Integris.
- Each assignment begins with an initial briefing from which a position and candidate specification is drafted and key competencies established.
- We research the assignment and then target relevant candidates via networking, head-hunting and selection.
- All candidates short-listed to the client are personally interviewed against the agreed competencies
- The preferred candidate is thoroughly referenced to further measure and assess competencies, strengths and weaknesses
- Our consultants are available to participate and advise on salary negotiations. All unsuccessful candidates are promptly and courteously informed.
