However, the 'scatter gun' methodology does not project a professional image for your organisation in the market place or justify the recruitment fee for the supplier.

• We research the assignment and then target relevant candidates via networking, head-hunting and selection.
• All candidates short-listed to the client are personally interviewed against the agreed competencies
• The preferred candidate is thoroughly referenced to further measure and assess competencies, strengths and weaknesses
• Our consultants are available to participate and advise on salary negotiations. All unsuccessful candidates are promptly and courteously informed.
