An expanding International Business is currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst.
The main purpose of the role is to support the decision making process and deal creation for major outsourcing, acquisitions and joint venture activities.
Key responsibilities include evaluating business opportunities with sensitivity analysis; development of pricing models and influencing the commercial and finance structure of the deals to obtain the best results.
Coming from a finance background, the successful applicant will be commercially astute with advanced modelling skills and substantial experience of modelling bids and opportunities.

A leading International services group require a senior financial modeller / business analyst with advanced Excel skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the the development of excel based financial models for the purposes of strategic planning & decision analysis, activity based costing, investment appraisals (discounted cash flow), commercial bid development, mergers & acquisitions and financial planning & analysis
The ideal candidate will probably come from a banking background in terms of investment appraisal or a hi-tech/outsourcing company.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, qualified accountant ideally with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
Key duties include: Managing a team of four, analysis of group results; appraisal of capital projects and review of full year budgets and quarterly re-forecasts; acting as key interface between head office and the businesses; statutory accounting for all UK entities and head office cost accounting including forecast and budgets.

My client are a successful US software company and are recruiting a progressive and pro-active qualified accountant who is determined to have a successful career in finance.

Supporting the Financial Controller this is a varied role where you will have direct responsibility for the timely and accurate financial accounts and reporting. Specific responsibilities will include:

-Ensuring full compliance within US GAPP
-Ensuring accuracy of month end accounts
-Reviewing and approving payroll completed by outsourced bureaus
-Ensuring full SOX compliance
-·Liaising with auditors on tax and audit reports / returns
-Mentoring and supporting the existing finance team

Although the majority of the role will be based in Bracknell a small element of European travel may be required.
