Our client, a highly successful US corporation, is going through a period of significant change and now requires a commercial and ambitious FD to support the senior managers across the business. As a senior financial professional within a business unit, you will be responsible for leading the worldwide decision-support, accounting and control activities of the business and ensuring that all financial support requirements of the business are appropriately met. The role requires the individual to build and lead an effective business partnership between the Finance group and the business operations management as well as various corporate level functions.The ideal candidate must have experience of USGAAP, IFRS and SOX and demonstrate knowledge of accounting concepts & experience with accounting information systems and other enterprise applications. Candidates must have the ability to persuade and influence senior management and the capacity to actively engage and guide the financial and operations teams to meet its goals and objectives.
