Job Description

Our client, a multi-national, US, blue-chip organisation, requires a UK finance manager with lease accounting experience. You will have strong financial accounting skills including exposure to US GAAP and previous team management experience. You will provide support to the Financial Controller in all areas of finance, control, taxation and systems. Experience of treasury would also be advantageous. Ideally you will have experience of working in a large, international corporate organisation. Lease accounting experience is essential.

Job Description

To manage the individual project bid process to ensure that a properly considered and co-ordinated bid can be presented for adjudication. To manage the second stage of a bid.As the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and managing complex bids and acquisitions in cooperation with the Bid Director. Focusing on the internal aspects of the bid or acquisition you will be responsible for bid planning, assembling the bid team, designing the integral bid solution, managing progress and budgets to deliver a timely, persuasive and compliant winning bid. Your role will involve managing multi-disciplined and multi-national teams of experts, from inside and outside the company, coordinating different work streams and leading the review of bid solutions. You will have strong bid management or acquisition experience.
