Job Description

Working within a fast paced and forward thinking environment this is an exciting role for an individual with a finance background who is keen to develop a hands on adding value coordinator role.
You will be assisting in ensuring processes are in place for the corrective / preventive and continual improvement of various aspects of the business ensuring that both internal objectives are met and high customer satisfaction.

Specific duties will include:
·Full responsibility of admin for specific projects including data gathering /internal communication / maintaining project documents
·End-end process analysis
·Monitoring customer satisfaction
·Ensuring service level agreements are accurate and up to date
·KPI development and reporting

The successful candidate must be highly organised, an affective communicator and have a good understanding of financial processes and systems.

Job Description

Due to an internal promotion a vacancy has arisen within this very successful hi tech US owned organisation. This is a senior role where you will take full responsibility of the smooth running of the General Ledger department and ensure that accounting is accurate, on time and in accordance with relevant legislation.

Reporting directly to the EMEA FD your success will be measured by the following duties and responsibilities:

·Team management; leading, motivating, training and goal setting a team of 8
·Ensuring that month end is closed in accordance to US GAAP
·Stat accounts are prepared accurately and on time
·Liaising with corporate treasury
·SOX compliance
·Ongoing process improvement throughout your department and finance in general

Reporting operationally to the Regional President and functionally to the Group CFO this role has regional responsibility for Finance. With a team of Country Financial Controllers reporting into you, you have full responsibility for the production of timely and accurate reports, monitoring regional KPIs, co-ordinating the annual budgeting process, ensuring adherence to all reporting standards etc . However, you will also be adding value through your ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial issues and their impact on the business. You will be expected to have input into commercial bids and lead projects ranging from business partnering with Clients and M&A work through to internal systems implementations. As a key member of the Senior Management Team you will be expected to provide strong leadership and strategic input into all aspects of the business in the region, identifying and acting on both risks and opportunities as the business looks to continue to grow.
