Job Description

A leading technology group have created a new position for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Reporting directly into the EMEA Finance Director with close liaison to US Headquarters, this is a value-add position supporting the EMEA regions decision making.
This is a stand alone position requiring the provision of detailed variance and trend analysis to support the EMEA region in achieving corporate targets.
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial forecasts for EMEA entities; researching and enhancing budget tools; develop, interpret and implement financial reports for financial planning and control, including areas such as discounting, returns, commissions, gross margin and operating margin analysis.

The ideal candidate must have experience in FP&A, experience of working in a business partnering role and be comfortable of working in a fast-paced, ever changing entrepreneurial environment. Preferably a qualified accountant, you will have very strong interpersonal skills and be genuinely excited about stepping into a newly created role and providing strategic input.

Our client, a multinational organisation, is looking to recruit a high calibre manager to support the senior management team in maximising sales productivity through the effective analysis, development and implementation of Europe wide policies. Key aspects of the role will include:

-Development and management of late stage collections and recovery
-Production of monthly credit committee reports
-Partnering business units to ensure accurate measurement of total risk exposure on the portfolio
-Ensuring operational controls are in place to ensure accurate and complete reporting

The ideal candidate will have risk management experience within a financial institution and prior experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of an internet based up front application processing system. The candidate must also have prior experience with the development, implementation and maintenance of prudent underwriting practices. Second European language an advantage.

A leading International services group require a senior financial modeller / business analyst with advanced Excel skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the the development of excel based financial models for the purposes of strategic planning & decision analysis, activity based costing, investment appraisals (discounted cash flow), commercial bid development, mergers & acquisitions and financial planning & analysis
The ideal candidate will probably come from a banking background in terms of investment appraisal or a hi-tech/outsourcing company.
