Job Description
The Business Controller is responsible for the integrity of all the financial reporting data within the monthly management accounts. A clear understanding of the issues is expected .They are responsible for the integrity of the Swedish Business Unit reporting dimension. They will need to develop working relationships with counterparts in the Nordics, and respond to queries and investigations as required.
A detailed understanding of key and critical projects will be required. The Business Controller is required to monitor movements in WIP and COS provisions and will work with the Project Controllers to analyse these movements. They should carry out reviews where necessary with Project/Programme Managers to ensure that the expectations of the project are realised, risks highlighted and appropriate actions taken in reporting.

Job Description
As one of a small team of senior managers reporting to the Vice President of Internal Audit, your role will incorporate Global Head Office, regional and functional responsibilities, focusing on those areas of business risk and opportunity. It will involve a wide variety of high profile projects from financial review and control, to business process improvement and major project evaluation. This will ensure exposure to a broad range of the Groups activities and processes and provides excellent opportunity for future career development across the Group.Assist the Vice President Internal Audit with the long term strategic plan for Internal Audit in conjunction with senior management and our Internal Audit outsource providers.
Produce the annual Area and Functional audit plan focussing on key business risks; cyclical coverage of key controls; selected compliance audits, self assessment and follow up audits.
Take responsibility for the executive and quality control of audits and for the delivery of audit reports (including management comments) for issue to Corporate, Area, regional or local management and the Vice President Internal Audit.
Prepare quarterly summary reports of principal audit findings and key performance indicators for discussion with executive management and for collation by the Vice President Internal Audit for presentation to the Audit Committee.
Provide ad hoc investigation and advisory risk and control services to operational management as required.
Participate in the management and development of audit teams (i.e. Latam and South Asia as appropriate) working closely with the Vice President Internal Audit in training, staff development and recruitment.
Keep up to date with business developments (including acquisitions, new systems, new products and services etc) with particular emphasis on your key Functional and Area responsibilities.
